THIS DIVISION WILL NOT SHOW AS OPENParents please register your child for their league age appropriate division. A player league age 11 or 12 who has interest in dual enrolling in this division must communicate it to the league. A player who is league age 13 may be assigned to an Intermediate team if not drafted to a Junior Division team or there is a clear or obvious safety concern. A parent of a league age 13 year old player must remain Junior Division draft eligible or that player will not have All-Star eligibility. Please email questions to [email protected].
The "Intermediate" division is for players league age 11, 12, and 13. Rosters range from 10-13 players, typically. This division is very competitive. This division plays with the same rules as the Juniors Division using a smaller, 50ft (pitching)/70ft (bases), field. Players can use major division or junior division eligible bats in this division. Coach / Friend requests are not accepted for this division. WPLL does not always carry this division. Due to this being a dual enrolled division teams are hand selected, except for league age 13's who do not get drafted into the Junior Division will be assigned to a 50/70 roster. All games are scheduled by the district scheduler for this division, not WPLL.
