Any player league age 4 - 7 can play at WPLL.  Players league age 8 -  16 (see league age calendar available on information tab) and lives in or attends a school within WPLL boundaries is able to register.

3. HOW DO I REGISTER MY PLAYER?

Registration is completed on this site, when a program is open.  Payments can be submitted using a credit card or you must attend an in-person registration to pay by cash or check.  You may also reach out via Facebook Messenger for assistance registering.

4.CAN SIBLINGS BE PLACED ON THE SAME TEAM?

Yes, in most circumstances.  The siblings must be eligible for the same division and a request should be made at the time of registration to ensure the league is aware of the relationship.

5. CAN MY DAUGHTER/SON PLAY ON THE SAME TEAM AS HIS FRIEND?

Yes, in most circumstances.  A friend request can be made for lower divisions (AAA, AA, & Tee ball).  WPLL does their best to accommodate requests however not all requests are possible.

6. CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC MANAGER / COACH?

Yes, in most circumstances.  Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate all requests.

7. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT DIVISION MY CHILD SHOULD PLAY IN?

Under the "Information" tab select the LL calendar.  In addition, when registering your child, only open and/or available divisions show.  If unsure please reach out via Facebook Messenger @WestPascoLittleLeague.

8. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED?

If you do not see your division listed as open you can send an email to be placed on a wait list for the current season.  If a spot opens or another team can be formed you will be contacted by a league representative.

9. WHY ARE THERE TRYOUTS AND EVALUATIONS?

League age 9-16 players who have not already been drafted must attend a tryout in the Spring program.  This is to be eligible for their respective divisions draft and tournament eligibility (fall season players are placed by by the league).  League age 9, 10 & 11 players may get drafted to a majors team.  If not, they will be placed on a AAA division team.  All League age 12 players will be drafted to a majors team.  All players league age 13 and older must attend the league tryout in spring to be drafted on a respective Intermediate, Junior or Senior division team.  All league age 6-9 players who are new to WPLL attend an evaluation so that proper placements can be made onto a AAA or AA (Minor or Rookie Division) team as we strive for competitive balance.

9. HOW TO DECIDE AA (ROOKIES) or TEE BALL?

All league age 6 players must play a season of tee-ball before moving up to the AA division. If a parent registers a 6 year old in AA/rookies and they have not played a season of tee-ball, they will be moved to the tee-ball division.

10. HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE 50/70 (INTERMEDIATE) TEAM?

Intermediate is a competitive division that follow Junior Division rules (runners can lead off) but on a smaller field.  Any player league age 11, 12 or 13 that would like to be considered for the intermediate division must send an email of intent to [email protected] to be considered.   All interested players are subject to a try out or evaluation to be considered for a spot on the team.  All games in the intermediate division will require travel and will take place on Wednesday and/or Saturday afternoons.
