The West Pasco Little League, WPLL, 2024 Fall program will have registration opening on July 3rd. This upcoming season will have one minor difference than the standard fall season. Our home park, Pine Hill Park, is under going a massive renovation. The renovation project, in partnership with the Pasco County Parks and Recreation Department and our elected Pasco County Commissioners, has an expected completion date of February 1, 2025. This means that the 2024 Fall season will be played primarily at Veterans Memorial Park. However, some practices and or games may be scheduled at Mitchell Park and/or other nearby park locations with plenty of notice. WPLL players, and their families, should not expect a difference in their experience other than playing at a neighboring field.
Completing registration during our "Early Bird Special" for the following pricing
-Tee ball will only be $50
-AA, AAA, Major, 50/70, Junior, and Senior Divisions the cost will only be $80.
The 2024 Fall program is expected to be a 16 week program, ending sometime between Thanksgiving break through December 14th.
Please note: Any division may be subject to close, no longer accepting registrations, at any time if parent volunteers are exceeded by player roster registration limits. Our ask is to please consider registering to get involved while registering your child.
WPLL DIVISIONS:
Tee Ball: League age 4-6. If turning 4 by 11/20 please EMAIL to complete registration.
AA (Rookies): League age 6-8. A league age 6 player must have at least 1 season of tee ball experience.
AAA (Minors): League age 8-11. A league age 8 player must be recommended by a coach and/or showcase their abilities while attending league evaluation day(s).
Majors: League age 9-12. A league age 9 player must be recommended by a coach and/or showcase their abilities while attending league evaluation day(s).
Intermediate 50/70: League age 11-13. A competitive division that includes traveling for some games to other local leagues. Our home park for this division is currently Mitchell Park. Players league age 11 or 12 must be dual enrolled in the Major & Intermediate Division. Player league age 13 interested in only this division please EMAIL.
Juniors: League age 13-14. All District 12 teams travel for at least 50% of their games to other local leagues.
Seniors: League age 15-16. All District 12 teams travel for at least 50% of their games to other local league.
Additional Information
Player team assignments are issued to the respective team mangers on August 20th. Parents should expect a call by August 25th at the latest.
Practice schedules are set by each team manager given their availability along with field availability. If specific day(s) are not feasible for your family please indicate on the special request portion of registration. Not all requests can be met.
Games expected to start the middle of September. The season is expected to be complete in early December, at the latest. Please click on the division links above for more information regarding each division including the standard game days for each division, playing rules, and more.
